I had alot of trouble controlling the temp settings on my gas stovetop and after years of frustration decided to give this little grill a try. It has been a pleasant surprise. The manuals instructions for cooking chicken breasts were spot on and it's been a pleasure to just cook them without having to wonder if they're really done.
Cleanup can be an annoyance and even with a bit of a pre-soak and a lot of scrubbing there's always residue left behind. I'm careful with the plastic handles since another reviewer had one break.
I keep chicken breasts in the freezer (two to a bag) and just put the bag on a plate in the fridge before I go to work and they're thawed by the time I get home. Sometimes I pour marinade into the bag first and it has worked out well.
