Recently I used one of these Electronic Jar Pots while my daughter was in the hospital in China for a week. It works wonderfully, so wonderfully in fact that as soon as I arrived home I purchased one for my home here in the States.
The unit provides hot water (or warm for those days one's stomach feels a bit off) on demand and is easy to use. I highly recommend this unit.

Eliminate your tea kettle or hot water pot as this micro-computerized water dispensing unit will handle a variety of jobs with ease. The one touch electric dispensing does away with the old style "pump" that was used on many water pots. An unlock button is used for safety to make sure no one accidentally dispenses hot water. After depressing the unlock button, just push the dispense button and water comes through the spout. The unit will automatically return to the lock position 20 seconds after releasing the dispense button. Three temperature settings customize your needs. The high temperature (208 degrees F) works well for instant coffee or cup of noodles. The 185 degree F temperature setting is ideal for specialty teas such as green tea and English tea. The low setting of 140 degrees F prepares baby formula and milk just right. A sleep timer function allows you to set up the unit to be ready at a specific time and reduces energy consumption between uses. A 3.0 liter capacity is easy to gauge with the front viewing water level gauge. The dechlorinate function reduces chlorine or water odor. An auto safety system prevents overheating as it will automatically shut off the system if no water is present. The non-stick interior is easy to clean and you can use the cleaning function to keep the inner container deposit free. And that's not all, a 360 degree swivel body makes positioning the unit for dispensing simple and convenient.
